A psychiatrist , (a doctor dealing with psychiatricpatients ) whose mother tongue  is not English is addressing a groupof health workers , at the introduction he said, 'I am a psychiatric' there was a peel of laughter from the group as he forgot to say the word ' psychiatrist'. Did you understand the fun. No joke, it's a real incident
